ACOBA-EC ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROJECT 2007

The Anandians residing in North America once again rallied around their alma mater to make the Annual Scholarship Project a great success.

This is the fourth consecutive year that the Ananda College OBA – East Coast Chapter in association with the Scholarship Committee of the main OBA conducted this project.

We have collected $3,000 to provide the required schoolbooks for 200 young Anandians from families facing financial hardships.

We can all be happy that through our contributions, two hundred young Anandians have been provided an opportunity to continue their education at Ananda.

A big thank you to the following Anandians who made the project a reality.

 We wish to also thank Mr. Isuru Samarasinghe and members of the Scholarship committee for all their efforts to make this project a great success.
